At Mogau’s Transport Services (MTA Tours & Travels), we value every booking and carefully plan each trip. To ensure fairness and smooth arrangements, kindly note the following policy regarding cancellations:
Cancellations 4 months or more before the trip:
-All funds paid will be refunded except the non‑refundable deposit.
Cancellations 3 months before the trip:
-50% of the total amount paid will be forfeited.
Cancellations 2 months or less before the trip:
-Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued.
Emergency replacement:
-In the event of an emergency, a new traveler may take your place.
Trip changes:
Should you wish to transfer your booking to another trip, please note that the initial deposit will be forfeited.
